Fan Installation and Maintenance Guide
1. Unpacking:
Carefully unpack and ensure all components are present. Verify that no part of the fan is damaged.
2. Installation Position:
Select the following points when choosing the location for installing the ceiling fan:
- The installation position should be at least 2.3 meters above the ground.
- Keep a distance of at least 30 cm from walls or other objects.
- Ensure that the ceiling of the installation location can bear the weight of the ceiling fan.
- Ensure that there are no open flames or flammable materials around the installation location.
3. Secure the boom to the ceiling:
Use a screwdriver and wrench to secure the boom to the ceiling. Ensure that the boom is firmly attached. Depending on the ceiling material, appropriate mounting screws and washers may be required.

A: We have our own design team, so you can provide AI, CDR, or PDF files, etc. We will create clear artwork for your final confirmation.
Q: How long does it take to get samples?
A: It takes 3-5 days to produce the sample, 3-5 days to deliver it, and 7-10 days to receive the sample.
Q: Is the sample fee refundable?
A: Yes, the sample fee is refundable when the order quantity reaches a certain amount.

Q: The tooling of your products are public tooling or private tooling?
A: 60% of our models are our private tooling. Electric fan is a seasonal product, we don't think public tooling model is easy control during the peak season.
Q: Who produce the motor for you?
A: we produce motors by ourselves, we also can export motor directly.
Q: Can you do SKD or CKD?
A: Yes, we can, and so far we already have success SKD and CKD experience to South America (Brazil, Argentina), South Asia (India, Bangladesh) etc. already with mature packing solution for customers.
